What we supply
Parts and accessories for hospital beds, stretchers and patient lifts; patient monitors, ECG and defibrillators; ventilators and anaesthesia machines; gas detection and respiratory protection; laboratory and sterilisation equipment. Sensors, cables, boards, filters, batteries, casters, cuffs, service kits — about 15,000 items from Dräger, Hillrom, Welch Allyn and ZOLL, findable by order code. Need the instrument itself rather than a part? Ask — we can supply most of the equipment we carry parts for.
How to find a part
Three ways in: type the order code into the search box; open the equipment the part belongs to (hospital beds, patient monitors, fixed gas detection…) and filter by model; or start from the kind of part (sensors, cables, casters…). Every product page shows the brand, the part type, the compatible models and the lead time, and has a question form that sends the part number with your message.
How we work
Stock is held in Europe, the USA, China and the UAE, depending on the item; some parts are ordered from the manufacturer or a regional distributor after payment. The product page shows an indicative lead time, and where the manufacturer confirms it only against a firm order we say so and confirm it for your quantity before you commit. Prices are in US dollars; shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination where we have the packed weight, and quoted before dispatch where we don't.
Compatibility
Parts for medical and safety equipment are rarely one-size-fits-all. If you are not sure a part matches your device, send us the part number or the device brand, model and serial number before you order — we confirm compatibility, availability and lead time. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used to identify parts and their compatibility.
