Who We Are
IIIMedParts is operated by Inspire Innovations International Limited, registered in Hong Kong ("we," "us," "our"). For anything related to this policy, reach us at sales@iiimed.parts.
What This Covers
This policy applies to information we collect through the IIIMedParts site (including any forms or accounts), through emails/calls/chat related to your use of the site, and through cookies and similar tracking technologies while you're on the site.
It doesn't cover information handled by other companies whose sites you reach via links from ours, and we don't collect or process protected health information (PHI) through the site — we sell equipment parts, not patient data.
What We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact and identification details — name, company, email, phone, shipping/billing address
- Login credentials, if you create an account
- Order details — what's in your cart, what you've purchased, delivery notes, invoices
- Anything you send us — support messages, files, quote requests
- Your marketing preferences (e.g., whether you've opted into email updates)
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data — IP address, rough location derived from it, timestamps, pages viewed, referring pages, browser/language info, and similar activity data
- Cookie and similar tracking identifiers
Information from other sources:
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers)
- Risk/verification signals from logistics and fraud-prevention partners
- Public or commercial business-contact information, where that's legally permitted (relevant in a B2B context like ours)
Why We Use It
- To fulfill the contract with you — process and ship orders, provide support, manage your account
- To keep the site running and secure — debugging, monitoring, fraud prevention
- To improve what we offer — analytics and product/service development
- To send order-related updates and service notices
- To send marketing messages, but only with your consent where required, and you can opt out anytime
- To meet our legal obligations — tax, accounting, sanctions/export screening, regulatory requests
- To pursue legitimate business interests, like B2B outreach or measuring how our marketing performs — always weighed against your rights, and you can object to this (see "Your Rights" below)
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your settings, understand traffic patterns, and — where enabled — support retargeting/advertising.
- If you're in the EEA/UK, we only set non-essential cookies with your consent.
- You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
- Our analytics setup is configured with privacy in mind (IP masking, limited retention), and we don't let analytics vendors reuse our data for their own purposes without your consent.
Who We Share Data With
- Service providers under contract — hosting, analytics, email/SMS tools, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing, fulfillment and couriers, support tools, fraud/security vendors
- Partners needed to complete your order — for example, customs brokers or freight forwarders on international shipments
- Authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety
- A buyer or successor entity, if we're ever party to a merger or acquisition, where permitted by law
We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and add an opt-out mechanism.
Sending Data Internationally
Because our operations and service providers span multiple countries — including the United States — your data may be processed outside the country you're in. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK's addendum) plus any additional measures the law requires.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purposes above, or as long as we're legally required to, then delete or anonymize it:
- Order and transaction records: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes
- Support conversations: up to 2 years after the issue is resolved
- Marketing data: until you opt out, or after a period of inactivity
- Cookies: per the retention periods shown in your cookie settings
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices, and vetting our vendors — but no system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach that affects you, we'll notify you and any relevant regulators as required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on where you're located (this is broadly available under GDPR/UK GDPR, and similar rights exist under several U.S. state laws), you can ask us to:
- Give you access to your data, including a portable copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including for direct marketing
- Withdraw consent, for anything based on consent
- Take a complaint to your local data protection authority

If You're in a U.S. State With Its Own Privacy Law
Residents of states like California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah may have rights to know what data we hold, access or correct it, delete it, opt out of targeted advertising or profiling, and appeal a decision we make about your request. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights. Send requests to sales@iiimed.parts; an authorized agent can act on your behalf once we've verified them.
Children
IIIMedParts is a B2B site for procurement, biomedical, and service professionals — it isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (or 16, where local law requires parental consent for marketing). If you believe a child's data has reached us, email sales@iiimed.parts and we'll remove it.
Links to Other Sites
Our site may link out to third parties we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data — check their own policies before sharing anything.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top reflects the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll make it visible on this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
If You're a Business Customer
Where we're processing data on your behalf under a purchase or service agreement (i.e., we're acting as a processor for you), that processing is governed by our contract and any data-processing addendum we've signed. For everything else — like our own site analytics and marketing — this policy is what applies.
