Shipping policy

Goods are dispatched from our warehouses in Europe, the USA, China and the UAE, depending on the item. Our catalogue covers several manufacturers and tens of thousands of parts, and stock for different manufacturers is held at different warehouses at different times — so the quickest way to get exact terms is to confirm the specific item by its catalogue number. We reply with availability, lead time and payment terms for that item. How availability works In stock at one of our warehouses. Dispatched shortly after payment. Ordered for you. After prepayment the part is ordered from the manufacturer or a regional distributor and needs time in transit to us before dispatch. The product page shows an indicative lead time (Usually ships in …). Shipped directly by the supplier. Some items are sent straight from the supplier to you (drop shipping); we confirm the timing when you order. Please confirm the terms and timing for your item before ordering — quote the catalogue number in the question form on the product page, or on WhatsApp or Telegram. Minimum order US $30 per order for goods, before shipping and taxes. Below that the checkout button stays inactive — combine parts in one order, increase the quantity, or ask us for a quote. Orders of US $10,000 and above Items priced at US $10,000 and above are not sold through the cart. The product page shows the price for reference and a request a quote link: we confirm the price, lead time and shipping for your address, then send a proforma invoice. How the shipping cost is calculated Parts with a packed weight on file. The rate at checkout is calculated by weight and destination and covers delivery to your door, excluding import duties and taxes. Parts marked Shipping quoted per destination. No packed weight on file, batteries, hazardous goods (calibration gas, gas cylinders) and items above 20 kg are not sold through the cart. Use Request a quote on the product page: we confirm the shipping cost and lead time for your address before you order. Destinations not offered at checkout. Ask for a quote before ordering. Transit International transit after dispatch is typically 1–3 weeks depending on the destination and the route. A tracking number is provided for every parcel. An order with parts from several manufacturers may arrive as more than one parcel. Duties, taxes and documents Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties, VAT and customs fees in the destination country. These are payable by the recipient. A commercial invoice accompanies every international shipment. A proforma invoice for payment approval or customs pre-clearance is available on request. Not sure?
