Warranty

Effective date: 11 August 2026

Coverage

We pass through each manufacturer's standard warranty on the parts we sell. Unless the manufacturer specifies something different, that's 90 days from the delivery date. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by qualified personnel.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables, or damage from improper storage, installation, calibration, or misuse
  • Accidents, power surges, liquid exposure, corrosion, or operating the part outside manufacturer instructions
  • Items with a removed or altered serial number, broken seals, or signs of tampering
  • Damage that happens during return shipping because of inadequate packaging
  • Third-party costs — diagnostics, labor, downtime — unless we've agreed to cover them in writing

OEM vs. Equivalent Parts

When we list something as OEM/original, that's what we ship. If an OEM part has been discontinued, we may offer an equivalent instead — warranty terms for equivalents follow the supplying manufacturer's own policy, and we'll tell you what that is on request.

Filing a Warranty Claim

Email sales@iiimed.parts with your order number, the part number, serial number (if it has one), a detailed description of the fault, any test results or photos you have, and the model/serial number of the equipment it's installed in.

We may walk you through some troubleshooting first, or ask you to send the part back for evaluation under an RMA. If we confirm a covered defect within the warranty period, we'll repair it, replace it, or issue a credit — our choice — and replacements may be new or equivalent-to-new condition.

Shipping for Warranty Returns

If we approve a warranty return, we'll send you shipping instructions. Depending on the situation, we may cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label; otherwise, that cost is on you. Items sent back without our authorization may be refused.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the affected part — nothing more. This warranty gives you certain rights, and depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under local law.
